During the 3rd Annual Colorado Springs Showcase of Retirement Communities hundreds of seniors and their adult children viewed four of the region’s top independent retirement communities.

2011 participating communities for the Colorado Springs Showcase included the Inn at Garden Plaza, Liberty Heights, MacKenzie Place, and The Palisades at Broadmoor Park.

The Showcase of Retirement Communities is an impressive showcase of Independent Retirement Community tours in select cities that include the region’s premier senior living options. The event is free and open to the public. Communities are open for touring, rain or shine.

Community Tours

Participating communities provide 30-minute tours in a fun, casual open house setting. Each community features food, entertainment, giveaways, music and tours. Current residents are  available to talk to guests about what makes their community special. Information on specific services, amenities and pricing is also available at each community.

Best of Showcase Awards

All guests receive Showcase bags filled with free gifts, coupons, and information about senior services offered from our business sponsors. Guests who visit Showcase locations will also have the opportunity to vote for “Best of Showcase” Awards like Best of Show, Best Dining, Friendliest Staff and more.
